Dr. Scott Simpson is pleased to be able to offer beautiful smiles to his neighbors in Phoenix and the surrounding communities.
Dr. Simpson earned his dental degree from Creighton University, where he also attended pre-dental studies. He underwent a mini residency in parenteral (IV) conscious sedation at the Oregon Health and Sciences University School of Dentistry.
Dr. Simpson has taken numerous postgraduate education courses, specifically selecting courses focusing on restorative and cosmetic dentistry. He has a current permit from the State of Arizona that allows him to perform IV conscious sedation, to ensure the most comfortable and convenient dental care possible. He also has specific training in laser periodontal treatment, an alternative to the traditional “cut and sew” gum surgery for moderate to advanced gum disease.
Dr. Simpson’s commitment to lifelong education means he is constantly evaluating emerging dental methods and technologies in order to provide his patients with the best results in the least invasive manner with a high emphasis on comfort. This commitment ensures the highest level of care, both today and tomorrow.
Dr. Simpson maintains professional membership in the American Dental Association, Arizona State Dental Association, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, and Academy of General Dentistry. He and his wife Megan have four beautiful children, and in his spare time, he enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with his family.
